Breast milk itself is perfect health.
Let me explain to you why I say that...
Breast milk protects against whooping cough, strep B, Hib, and meningitis! Studies have also found significant amounts of antibodies in breast milk to whooping cough, Hib, strep B infection, and meningitis. “Samples indicate a protective role for breast milk against the four infections of early childhood.” Source.
Breast milk protects against Hib and meningitis. According to the Journal of Epidemiology, breast milk can protect against Hib for up to 10 years after you have stopped breast feeding.”For each week of breast feeding, the protection improved.”
Breast milk protects against rotavirus/diarrhea. Brazil did a study: dehydrating diarrhea (defined by the presence of a persistent skin fold plus at least two other signs of dehydration) was 6.0 times more frequent among non-breastfed infants than among exclusively breastfed infants. If a child already had diarrhea, the risk of developing dehydration was 3.3 times greater for the non-breastfed infant. Victoria CG, Fuchs SC, Kirkwood BR, Lombardi C, Barros FC. Breast milk can protect against complications from measles. Fatality from measles in third world children was reduced by 1/3rd in breastfed children, according to: Lepage P. Munyakazi C, Hennart P. Breast feeding and hospital mortality in children from Rwanda. Lancet 1981;i:40911.
Breast milk kills polio according to the inventor of the polio vaccine. Albert Sabin, inventor of the oral polio vaccine, did the first study on the anti-polio properties of breast milk. He infected mice with polio and then took breast milk from 71 American women and fed it to the mice. The breast milk had an 84% success rate at neutralizing polio. (Albert Sabin and Howard Fieldsteel, ‘Anti-poliomyelitic Activity of Human and Bovine Colostrum and Milk’, Journal of Pediatrics, 29 1962)
Furthermore it protects against cancer
AND cures disease in the elderly.
Human breast milk has a long history in health care, as the ancient Egyptians blended it with honey to make a medicine. It has been used medicinally for thousands of years. The antibacterial and healing properties of breast milk are often overlooked, even by the nursing mothers themselves. Breast milk, if properly expressed and stored, is a sterile solution and can be used in a variety of ways to promote healing and clean wounds. Breast milk contains strong antibodies and antitoxins that many people believe promote healing and better overall health.
During biblical times (you know, before vaccines?) the average nursing age was from 3-7 years old. It would make sense then, the prime time vaccinations given today, (from birth – 6) would have totally been unnecessary. Especially, considering the newest PubMed study, stating (in other words) that because of breast milk’s power, you should NOT nurse after child is administered the vaccine, because it will make the vaccine lose its efficiency.
Use your body and all you were given to not only nourish that wondrous baby, but to protect him from disease AND vaccines.

Such a profound quote. If the gut is such an important part of fighting off disease, then why do so many people neglect it? Up to 80% of your immune system is housed in the gastroi tract aka “the gut“. As we go through our daily lives, taking medications that often time can be avoided, using chemicals in the products we use, eating processed foods, especially those that contain lots of sugar(these contribute what is known as fungal-candida overgrowth and artificial sweeteners(these have been known to why out much of our good gut flora) And these Are just a few examples. All of these can contribute to leaky gut syndrome or gut dysbiosis,which is any sort of imbalance with the microbiome of the git.
If you’re neglecting to take care of your digestive and gut health, you are truly missing out on a huge piece of the puzzle. Thankfully there are some very simple ways that we all can give our gi tract some more love in order to support our over all immune health.
I always see people ask what vitamins they need and what probiotics to take... FOOD! Not supplements!
Why? Poor quality supplements, and really nothing beats the natural food sources that have been given to us. As of 2009, am estimated 75% of Americans are on daily supplements. Are we healthy!?
Unfortunately, some supplements have proven worthless, if not harmful in some cases.
The best example of this failure is beta-carotene. It was observed in the 1970’s that people who ate a lot of carrots, which are high in beta-carotenes, had protection against cancer. In 1994 researchers at the National Cancer Institute recruited 29k participants who were at high risk of developing cancer because of smoking or asbestos exposure. Half were given beta-carotene and half a placebo. The trial was supposed to last for six years but was halted two years early after discovering that those taking the supplement were developing cancer 28% more than the controls who were receiving a placebo.
Another example is this 2019 study that found that adequate vitamins from food, not supplements — were linked to a lower risk of death and cardiovascular disease. Also, excess intake of calcium from supplements was associated with an increased risk of death from cancer.
The famed nurses’ study that tracked the health of thousands of female nurses showed a 47% decrease, in cancer rates, for those consuming vitamin E rich foods. However, Vitamin E supplements have not shown similar positive results.
Another example: Research has shown that a high dietary intake of resveratrol from dietary supplements counteracts many of the cardiovascular benefits of exercise. Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant with benefits for muscle strength, anti-inflammatories, metabolism, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and even cancer. But from supplements it is not effective.
Everyone is in a different place on their journey to living clean and healthy lives. I always find it funny when people say “you can’t be crunchy if you vaccinate or circumcise” as they’re drinking a giant Dr. Pepper and scarfing down fast food….. Don’t get me wrong, I like a good burger every now and then and I agree, cutting your babies and vaccinating are both extremely harmful. But sugar is HUGELY dangerous, so don’t stop at vaccines. And, if you look at the long term effects, sugar does more damage over a lifetime than circumcision.
JUST LIKE VACCINES, SUGAR CAN
Just to name a few things… it also makes you stink, makes you fat, causes acne, and a whole host of other problems.
Don’t forget, it’s also extremely addictive, according to this study. When we eat sugar, our brain releases a burst of opioids and dopamine, undergoing the same neurochemical changes that occur with addictive drugs.
#tomsays “When you see that a 12-ounce can of soda contains 40 grams of sugar, you could care less. But what if you saw that that same can of soda contained 10 teaspoons of sugar? What would you think if you were sitting next to a guy in a restaurant and you watched him put 10 teaspoons of sugar in his coffee?”
So, this will make it easy for you. Four grams equals one teaspoon. You divide the total grams by four and you will know how many teaspoons you are about to ingest. One very, very important thing to remember is that you must read labels because many "non-sweetened" products contain sugar as well. A half cup of store-bought spaghetti sauce for instance can contain as much as three teaspoons of sugar. Ketchup can have a 20% sugar content.
Did you know that sugar drains your body of key nutrients?
From Dr Stephen Lin: When you eat sugar, you set off a series of metabolic pathways that push the body to use more of its resources.
Vitamin C: Know that sugar drains vitamin C out of your body. Studies have found that excessive amounts of sugar, or glucose, in the body can inhibit the absorption of Vitamin C. In the 1970s, researchers established that sugar and Vitamin C have a similar structure and enter cells using the same GLUT receptors. High glucose levels inhibit vitamin C from entering our cells, and decrease absorption rates. Researchers have found that reduced sugar intake may improve vitamin C levels as well as its benefits.
Vitamin D: The metabolism of a type of sugar fructose, increases the production of an enzyme which breaks down stores of vitamin D (from the sun). It can also undermine the production of another enzyme necessary to synthesize vitamin D. A shortage of Vitamin D can lead to a suppressed immune system and numerous health problems, including certain cancers. It's now estimated at least 75% of people in Western countries are deficient in vitamin D, consuming excess sugar alongside depleted vitamin D could explain why we experience such high rates of bone, teeth, and immune issues.
Magnesium: This is needed to see vitamin D levels increase. The high blood sugar and elevated insulin levels associated with excess sugar intake decrease magnesium absorption and cause the kidneys to excrete magnesium faster. Since magnesium is key in stabilizing blood sugar, a vicious cycle commences. As blood sugar regulation is impaired even more magnesium is excreted. Cutting the sugar helps ensure that magnesium, critical for a plethora of bodily functions, is absorbed and maintained.
Chromium: Like magnesium, chromium is involved in blood sugar regulation. Depletion of chromium contributes to decreased glucose tolerance, a precursor to diabetes. Like with magnesium and calcium, high sugar consumption promotes chromium excretion. Some data suggests consuming a diet consisting of 35% simple sugars increased natural excretion rates by 300%.
We get a lot of messages about sugar and fruits and the sugar in them...is it good? Why is it different?
If you've read about all types of sugars, you've probably come across the little lower-case "l" in front of fructose, one form of sugar particularly present in fruit.
One of the best explanations: In one of Ty Bollinger's interviews with one of the doctors from a Tijuana cancer clinic, they got into a discussion about fruit and how it relates to cancer. The doctor discussed recent research which has shown that cancer cells ignore fruit sugar. Yes, that's right. The little "l" means that the fructose molecules in fruit rotate to the left (counter-clockwise). Cancer cells feed only on the sugars whose molecules rotate to the right.
This is, of course, high fructose corn syrup and refined sugar, so eat away all the fruit you want. I'm pretty sure this same thing applies to carrots and beets, the veggies with the most sugar. This is apparently why Gerson and many other natural cancer treatment centers have you drinking carrot juice all day long as successful treatment for cancer. Sugar is poison but NOT the sugar in fruits.
From medical medium: If you’re still fearful of fruit, bear in mind that the sugars from fruit leave your stomach in about three to six minutes, and the sugar doesn’t reach the intestinal tract. What does reach the intestinal tract is the skin, pulp, and fiber in fruit, which actually helps to clear the intestines of things like SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and other pathogen-related conditions. Apart from fruit, other forms of sugar—cane sugar, beet sugar, agave nectar, corn syrup, etc.—do feed Candida and other pathogens, so you should indeed avoid these things.
So what time do instead of sugar?
My go to is Stevia. Stevia is a natural, plant based alternative from the Stevia Rebaudiana plant in South America. It does not affect your glucose levels and it has zero calories. Stevia has been shown to kill cancer cells in some research.
I also use other natural sweeteners. We use raw honey in uncooked items since it loses its health benefits when it’s heated above 145°. I love maple syrup too and it’s great for your immune system because it is full of zinc.
We also sweeten some things with fruit and fruit sugars. I love ripe bananas and Coconut sugar is good for your gut health. I also have occasionally used Monk Fruit. Some studies have shown that monk fruit fights inflammation and kills cancer cells.
Sugar substitutes that we avoid:
So I encourage you to make diet (starting with sugar!) as important as not vaccinating or circumcising… don’t be the mom that doesn’t vaccinate but makes a habit of going to the drive-thru at Whataburger and regularly ordering a shake, fries, and a Coke for you and your kids because you’re too hungry to wait until you can get home. (7-11 has some great whole food, organic, and no processed/sugar snacks and cold pressed juices if you’re in a crunch) Don’t let Oreos, brownies, and ice cream be in abundance in your very own fridge. Let’s not be the parents that talk about our how our kids don’t like “healthy food” but instead prefer processed sugar junk that will ultimately destroy their health, just at a possible slower rate than vaccines.
